Allign.us is a product owned and operated by Shuttle Technologies Pty Ltd. In this policy, “Allign”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Shuttle Technologies Pty Ltd and the Allign product and website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Allign, we may collect:

• business details such as company name, user names, support contact information, and billing or account information;
• messaging-related data such as phone numbers, message content, message metadata, conversation history, attachments, and delivery status data;
• operational data such as tasks, notes, files, project details, activity logs, and assignment history;
• technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, log files, and usage analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve Allign;
• connect WhatsApp and other supported communication channels to the Allign workflow;
• authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent misuse;
• respond to support requests, product enquiries, and deletion requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Business customer data and end-user data

Many people whose information appears inside Allign are customers, leads, employees, contractors, or other contacts of an Allign business customer. In those cases, the relevant business customer may determine what information is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained.

If you are interacting with a business that uses Allign, you may need to contact that business directly first for certain privacy requests. We may assist where appropriate and where we are legally permitted to do so.

5. WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party services

Allign may integrate with services provided by Meta, WhatsApp, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other service providers. Your use of those channels may also be subject to the privacy terms and policies of the third parties that operate them.

6. How we share information

We may share information:

• with the business customer that controls the workspace;
• with service providers who help us host, secure, maintain, or support the service;
• when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by customer workspace, channel, or record type.

8. International data handling

Allign may process or store information in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your own. Where required, we will take reasonable steps to protect information during those transfers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should also take appropriate steps to protect your devices, credentials, and communication channels.
