Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

Send a request to support@allign.us with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Include enough information for us to verify and locate the data:

• your full name;
• your business name, if applicable;
• the WhatsApp number or email address connected to the request;
• whether you want an account deletion, workspace deletion, or a request about a specific record or conversation;
• any additional context that will help us identify the record.

2. If you are a workspace admin or business customer

If your business controls an Allign workspace, please send the request from the business email address associated with the workspace or from another address that clearly demonstrates your authority to act for the organization.

We may ask for additional verification before deleting a workspace, business records, or customer communication records.

3. If you are an individual interacting with a business using Allign

If your information appears in Allign because you interacted with a business that uses Allign, that business may control the relevant records. In many cases, you should contact that business first.

If you cannot resolve the matter with the business, you may still contact us at support@allign.us, and we will review the request in accordance with applicable law and our role in processing the data.

4. Timing and verification

We may need to verify identity, account ownership, or authorization before we process a deletion request. We will review requests as promptly as reasonably possible and may ask follow-up questions if the request is unclear.

5. What may be retained

We may retain certain data where required by law, contract, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legitimate record-keeping needs. If full deletion is not possible, we may instead restrict processing or securely archive the relevant data where permitted.
